Toro Extracts Return & Refund Policy
At TORO EXTRACTS, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in the quality of our products, especially our Toro Extracts Disposables, and strive to ensure you’re happy with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note: We do not accept returns on opened, used, or partially consumed products.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please follow these steps:
- Email us at Sales@toroextractsdisposable.com
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
- Our support team will review your request and, if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.
- Package your item(s) securely with a copy of your order confirmation or invoice. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item(s) using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our eligibility criteria:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 7–10 business days from the date of receipt for processing.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective disposable, contact us at Sales@toroextractsdisposable.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Exceptions (Non-Refundable Situations)
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges under the following circumstances:
- Normal product wear and tear
- Improper storage, misuse, or mishandling
- Purchases from unauthorized retailers or third-party resellers
